After breakfast, we walked to Bulacino for coffee. They make a pretty good coffee but this time there was too much froth on the flat white for Jill. It's annoying when that happens. A flat white should be "flat".
Back to the unit and a pack up and then a hang around until check out at midday. Put our bags in storage and went and had lunch at the Beach Shack - a wrap, a baguette and a mocktail.
Went and collected our map of Fiji carved by Kelly (and others). Also purchased a couple of other woodcarvings. Returned to the box room to collect our bags and Opps!! we discovered that the carving would not fit in either of our bags. Oh well, we will have to take it on as part of our cabin luggage.
Our flight back was to Sydney and then a connecting flight to Brisbane. Getting from International to Domestic in Sydney was a bit of a palaver and a bit stressful as we didn't have a lot of time between flights.
Arrived in Brisbane about 11:30pm just in time to catch the last Apollo shuttle for the day to go pick up our car from the parking station.
A nice drive home in the middle of the night.
