Another
nice lazy morning – one could get used to this.
We are camped in a beautiful peaceful spot away from other campers under
some very shady gum trees. What else
could one want. After breakfast Jill and
I went for a wander to the lagoon itself (more like a bay than a lagoon) and
then rock hopped around the headland, alon the beach and back to our
campsite. Quite a workout really. Once again the rocks on this headland are
different. How can they be different
each time you look. There’s still what
looks like a ‘mudstone’ embedded with sand and shells but underneath there’s
another rock, in some places red and other’s yellow. It all makes one wish they knew more of the
geology of the area.
Back to
camp for a laze and a catch up on reading and blogging.
